What do companies want the most from their PR agencies? Optimum media coverage, proactive counsel, rapid response, and problem solving. Most importantly, at the end of the day a PR agency must deliver results that place the client in a positive light, both internally and externally.

The Internet now makes this straightforward. Shout Communications was founded with the intention to address common complaints that plague communications services. For starters, monthly reports are no longer enough. In the Internet age, companies demand fast access to results, leading to the ability to react quicker to positive news, and head off potential negative news coverage. Shout reports results daily, with the option to report on an hourly basis if that's what the client requires.

How do we benefit you?

For clients, Shout delivers its results and reports promptly via electronic means. News clippings can be forwarded quickly to wherever the client requests, on the same day that an article appears in a newspaper or magazine. Shout can deliver a digital color image of any clipping to anywhere in the world, and the recipient is then free to forward these clippings as images or HTML links to any number of individuals, subject to copyright and "fair use" guidelines.

For journalists, Shout offers a web library of the client's press kit, in high-resolution, print-ready format. Editors can access product photos and executive portraits at the same time that they receive press releases by fax and email. Even press conference photos can be downloaded within hours of the event's conclusion, for publication in next day's edition.

The result of using the Internet extensively for reporting and information dissemination is substantial reduction in overheads, which translates to lower fees and greater time devoted to the crucial human element of communications.

It also saves a lot of trees.
